The short version: you get thirty days free before paying anything, you can cancel whenever you like, and if you pay and change your mind within seven days we refund you in full.
The free trial comes first
Every firm starts with a thirty-day free trial of the complete product — every module, unlimited clients, your whole team. No card is required to begin, and no payment is taken automatically when the trial ends.
The trial exists so that the decision to pay is made after you have run real work through the product, not before. If it is not right for your firm, do nothing and it simply stops.
Cancelling
To cancel, email cashantanusaxena@gmail.com from the address registered to your workspace, or use the contact form. Tell us your firm name and workspace address. We confirm within one business day.
There is no cancellation fee, no notice period and no lock-in. A cancelled subscription runs to the end of the period you have already paid for — you do not lose the remainder.
When a refund is available

Because the thirty-day trial already gives you a full month to evaluate the product without paying. By the time a payment is made, the decision has been an informed one.
How to request a refund
Email cashantanusaxena@gmail.com with your firm name, workspace address, the payment date and the reason. We do not require a lengthy justification — within the seven-day window, asking is enough.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven to ten business days. How quickly it appears on a statement then depends on your bank or card issuer.
What happens to your data
Cancelling a subscription does not delete anything. Your firm’s records live in your firm’s own database, which we have no access to; they stay exactly where they are.
When a subscription lapses, the workspace becomes read-only instead of closing, so you keep sight of your records. Export anything you need using the built-in Excel and PDF export before closing the Google account that holds the database.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; the version in force is the one published on the date of your payment. Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect.
